- Painwashing is brainwashing: repeating the same painful stories over and over again to individuals (in this case a jury) till their resistance to questioning gives in. The hurtful repetition induces a kind of trance. Repeating the effects of the tragedy becomes a false proof of guilt for the patsy Zacarias Moussaoui. It also attempts to hypnotize the country into the 9/11 trance once again.
- While the media plays up the significance of the government show trial of the seemingly deranged "20th hijacker" Zacharias Moussaoui, not one 9-11 victim's lawsuit has been allowed to be heard in a trial by jury. Why have the 9-11 victims' families not been given the same right to have their cases heard in an open trial by a jury of their peers?

- No Presidential orders needed, the scrambling of fighter jets in this situation is automatic and has been for decades. So where were the F-16s on 9/11? - Beyond the reflexive, incurious reporting of "the official version" the fact that the CVR recording is being made public during the Moussaoui trial is conspicuous in the extreme. It raises the question of what the FBI was doing with it for 4.5 years.
