King's Prediction From Alexandra Pelosi's 'Diary of a Political Tourist' (an HBO Documentary)

Peter King - "It's already over...the election is over...we won."
Reporter - "How do you know that?"
Peter King - "It is all over for the counting...and we'll take care of the counting."

He appears to be saying he knows who will win, before any results are even in, because they already have the vote fixed.

Why talk about vote counting as a reason for winning an election? Why not talk about how Bush's campaign was superior or that Bush addressed the issues while the competitor did not.

"Our campaign won because we control the vote counting?" Strange reason that he gives for winning the election don't you think?
