Two Iraqi police officers were caught last week trying to plant a roadside
bomb in Baghdad, and officials later found they had a vehicle pass which
gains entry to all coalition military bases in Iraq.
Guards for a private security firm spotted the two police officers, who had
a third man with them. When US forces arrived, a search of their car revealed
other bombs (IEDs), a firing pack consisting of a walkie-talkie with battery
connection, a camcorder and the vehicle pass.
