This photo is being sent around the net as proof of video fakery by the London authorities.

The claim is that the man in the white hat's arm (see arrow) is behind the railing, "proving" a very sloppy job of inserting him into the frame.

But a simple contrast stretch shows that the man actually has his hands in his jacket pockets, and that looks like the edge of an arm hanging straight down is actually the corner of the building behind him.

The red lines show the real edge of the arm, while the yellow line traces the edge of the building, which clearly extends upward above the shoulder as well as down behind the rail.

The purpose of this nonsense is to drag people's attention away from the innocent man shot down by the British authorities, to trick the blogs into making a silly claim that the mainstream media can then use to ridicule any and all doubts about the official story, and to trick the bloggers into wasting time and resources on a pointless minutia, while ignoring Rove-gate and the Downing Street Memos.
