Well, it was bound to happen. In the face of incoming Hurricane Rita, George W.
Bush on Wednesday linked the American response to terrorism and its response to
Hurricane Katrina, declaring that the United States is emerging a stronger nation
from both challenges, and saying that terrorists look at the storm’s devastation
"and wish they had caused it."
Congress MUST invoke Section
4 of the 25th Amendment of the Constitution immediately. The president
of the United States is insane.
During a speech, at a luncheon for the ’Republican Jewish Coalition’,
his statements appeared to be part of a White House strategy to restore the
false appearance of a ’strong leader’ once-enjoyed by Bush after
the September 11 attacks. But until the speech on Wednesday, he managed to somehow
kept the issues of terrorism, Iraq and the hurricane separate.
It’s time for the remaining sane members of our government to
act now, to remove Bush, and begin the process of recovery, for America’s
sake.
