Rodriguez was the headline speaker at a two-hour visual and interactive performance, the first of its kind in the nation to use a theatrical setting to depict, in a serious manner, the flimsy nature of the official 9/11 story.

Sponsored by American Free Press and others and titled "9/11 Mysteries," the show is presented by The 9/11 Roadies (Brad and Sofia). The performance encourages audience participation as well as offering solid evidence the official story isn’t as airtight as the government would like people to believe.

By utilizing live voiceover narration, the show is a neutral look at 9/11 but highlights numerous inconsistencies in the government story, including how the buildings collapsed and how only an orchestrated event, with inside help, could have allowed “19 Arab hijacker with big planes and little knives” to outfox the entire U.S. military defense system.

After the show, Rodriguez took the microphone, breaking into tears himself as he recounted losing 200 friends that tragic morning and how the truth about 9/11 has been systematically suppressed by the Bush administration and the media.

“We just asked for one family member to be on the 9/11 Commission to make sure all voices were heard and they refused,” said Rodriguez, who was named a national hero for saving numerous lives. “Instead, we got a group of ‘Bozos’ who never talked to the survivors and manipulated the 9/11 report to fit the official story.”

Rodriguez, who flew in from New York to be part of the opening performance which runs five more Sundays, said his story about hearing a massive explosion in the north tower basement just prior to the jetliner strike above, verified by at least 14 others with him in a basement office, has been hidden by the media and the government for four long years, never being told to mainstream America.

“The American people have been denied the truth and I am a living example,” said Rodriguez during his speech as he asked the American people to insist on opening a more truthful 9/11 investigation. “If the 9/11 Commission was serious about getting at the truth, why did they ignore my story and the story of many other survivors who also heard massive explosions in the towers prior to the airplane strike.

“They say it was only jet fuel that brought down the towers. That’s a lie and they know it. They know if all the true stories about explosions are revealed to the American people, they will all be exposed as liars.

“Also, ask why all the evidence and the steel beams were hauled away by FEMA before anybody could investigate the cause of the collapse? Why did building No. 7 collapse hours later when there were only small fires burning?

“Why has the New York Times, NBC and others either manipulated my story or never mentioned it for four years?

“When the 9/11 Commission last year just left out my story in its final report, I was devastated, as were other victims and family members who lost loved ones. I thought it was the last chance to get the truth out, but now I am going to keep talking and try again.

In order to spread the word, Rodriguez announced plans to go on a national speaking tour, saying it’s “the only way to mount pressure for a new 9/11 inquiry” since the media and government have locked out the main witnesses and evidence.

He is in the process of lining up financial support and already has received numerous invitations, including a September speech in Chicago lined up by American Free Press reporter Christopher Bolyn and another speech independently organized at the University of Wisconsin/Madison campus. Regarding the success of the ‘9/11 Roadies Show,” Sofia said:

“People in LA are primed and hungry for more on 9/11, and will hopefully set an example for the rest of the country. "9/11 Mysteries" is designed to supply the bigger picture, which many of us are surprisingly unaware of. Why am I doing this? Because it feels natural, and because, as I stand there in front of all those people, I feel they deserve it."

Sofia emphasized her intention was not to draw conclusions or take sides, but to present the facts surrounding the attacks as thoroughly and accurately as possible.

The two-hour show opened with a brief statement by American Free Press reporter Greg Szymanski, who documented recent conversations he had with the New York Times and NBC News, indicating an intention to keep the Rodriguez and other 9/11 stories quiet in order to mislead the American people, essentially perpetuating a government fraud.

The show then began and was broken down into four major visual segments, including "Demolitions, Hijackers and Planes, War Games and Who Benefits."

According to the creators the segments "connect the dots" in a show that Sunday glued people to their seats and raised eyebrows about the implausibility of the government’s story, a story claiming 19 Arab hijackers outfoxed the American military and rammed jetliners into targets located in the most heavily guarded airspace in the world.

Besides eye-witness statements about the impossibility of the government story, one of the most rivoting portion of the show was the meticulous attention to detail, depicting the collapse of the WTC as an obvious controlled demolition

Included in the ‘Demolitions’ portion of the show, was what the creators called endless "woops footage" from major news networks, much of the video presented being aired the morning of 9/11 by the media giants but never aired again.

While shots of the plane strike were shown repeatedly to millions, Sofia said, the building collapses were not. Slowed down and analyzed, she added the collapses are the key.
